I’m a baking hobbyist with a bachelor’s degree in video game design. I’m a Californian living in South Korea as a teacher and romance author, trying to live each day as creatively as possible.

NOTE: Since I live in Korea and don’t have the beautiful luxury of a full sized American oven anymore, I test all my recipes on a lovely 30L/32Qt Midea Electric Oven. Your baking times may be slightly different than mine.
